Up one level
 Cat's Claw, the vine that's choking this abandoned house to death, grows all over everything in New Orleans. Now that it's spring, the vine is sprouting yellow flowers.   This is a little abandoned alleyway in our neighborhood. I think a dead body probably occupied the trunk of that car at one time.  This is the hood ornament of the car.
 This is the front of a closed convinient store in our neighborhood.  This sign hangs on the inch and a half thick bullet proof glass around the counter at the corner shop where we buy po-boys.  This is me waiting in the shop while the two asian people who own and constantly operate it work on making Garth and I a twenty-four inch hot sausage po-boy.  This is me on my bike outside the shop with our sandwich on my basket.  Todd the Crawfish: We've been boiling tons of crawfish at work because it's lent and all the catholics are only eating seafood. This one escaped the boil and threatened us with its claws. So we brought him home and named him Todd.  When we attempted to release Todd into the wild (the backyard) Garth accidentally set him on a fire ant mound (it was dark) and they assaulted Todd and put him in a coma. He died three days later.  this is the sky...
